“It′s easy to be vegan.”

Veggies say that being vegan is not a big deal, it is a most simple task to go vegan, you won′t encounter any serious trouble avoiding animal products, be it food or clothes, soap, medical treatment, cosmetics, shoes, or whatsoever.

In reality, it is pretty hard to get all these things done. Animal products seem to be everywhere, even wine and vinegar is made using animal products (the gelatine to clear those liquids from haze), also, animal charcoal is used even on an industrial scale, not wasting by-products from animal plants. So it is nearly impossible to successfully avoid animal products or products made using animal products.

But even if you could, the vegan diet is everything but healthy, it lacks a lot of vitamins, B12 for instance is missing completely, you also have to deal with the lower quality of plant proteïn. All this makes a vegan diet a very single-sided, not to say risky one.

In real life, this can be recognized by vegans physically and sometimes even mentally decaying, the lose stamina, their skin turns pale, and they get increasingly erraticunless they do not heavily supplement their diet.

Vegans of course will never admit that, for they consume animal products unknowingly on one hand, or would never admit any problems with being vegan on the other.
