2009-08-14, Minks released from mink-farm
According to the
Ausburger Allgemeine about 4000 (supposedly European) Minks have been released into the wild, authorities assume animal-rights-activists to be behind this. They have reportedly killed hundreds of chickens and very likely other animals.1
They have reportedly killed hundreds of chickens and very likely other animals.
There are predators, caged, when released, of course they hunt down the local fauna, plus they do not live very long, I doubt that more than a handful of those fourthousand minks survived.
Can anyone please explain to me what kind of sense this is supposed to make from an “animal rights” point of view???
